FORM 990-N

May 31st, 2024

Form 990-N is a United States Internal Revenue Service form that provides the public with information about a nonprofit organization. It is also used by government agencies to prevent organizations from abusing their tax-exempt status. Form 990-N can be used by smaller nonprofits that expect annual gross receipts of $50,000 or less.

The Broad Ripple Record Club was established as a nonprofit corporation on May 24th, 2024, and submitted Form 1023-EZ to request tax-exempt status as a 501(c)3 public charity on May 29th, 2024. While we have not been required to fill out a Form 990-N yet, we will post our completed form here no later than May 15th, 2025 for public review.
